Do these exist? Part 2

Postby G.M.M » Sun May 25, 2008 3:15 pm

Just like the last thread, I'm looking for these on either vinyl or cd. We're talking albums this time...

Public Enemy - Bring the noise 2000 (I know it was shelved and made available as mp3's, I'm thinking someone might have bootlegged it by now?)

Flavor Flav - It's about time (I know this was shelved too but I've heard roomers of a bootleg floating around)

Spyder D - Gangsta Wages MACOLA RECORDS (I have the one Zyx but there's supposed to be a version on Macola with a completely different tracklist)

VARIOUS ARTISTS - CLASSIC MC-IZMS (UNRELEASED DEMOS VOL.1) (With a tracklist something like this...)

1. RED ALERT’S DIS MIX
2. DOUG E FRESH & MC RICKY D - TREAT HER LIKE A PROSTITUTE (LIVE)
3. CRAIG G & BIZ MARKIE - LIVE
4. ERIC B & RAKIM - MY MELODY (MARLEY MARL’S RAP ATTACK REMIX)
5. EIRC B & RAKIM - I KNOW YOU GOT SOUL (45 KING’S LOST REMIX)
6. BOOGIE DOWN PRODUCTIONS - THE TR-808 IS COMING (ORIGINAL MIX)
7. BIG DADDY KANE - JUST RHYMIN’ WITH BIZ (DEMO)
8. JUNGLE BROTHERS - BRAGGIN & BOASTIN (DEMO)
9. JUNGLE BROTHERS - JIMBROWSKI (DEMO)
10. BOOGIE DOWN PRODUCTIONS - CALL ME D-NICE (ORIGINAL VERSION)
11. BIG DADDY KANE - A LITTLE HALF STEPPIN
12. SUGAR K - I ROCK GOLD (DEMO)
13. CHILL ROB G & 45 KING - DOPE RHYMES (DEMO)
14. CHILL ROB G & 45 KING - CHILLIN’ (DEMO)
15. KEV E KEV & AK B - LISTEN TO THE MAN (DEMO)
16. BIG DADDY KANE & ANTOINETTE - RAW ATTITUDE
17. PUBLIC ENEMY - DON’T BELIEVE THE HYPE (DEMO)
18. KINGS OF PRESSURE - SLANG TEACHER (DEMO)
19. MIKEY D & THE LA POSSE - PARTY TIME (DEMO)

If there is a Vol 1 of this, anyone know if there are more volumes?

Yeah man, I've got the official release of the Flavor 12", got the acapella and instrumental, if I recall correctly. Can rup it and post it if you want, and scan the label. Not seen the album, but I understand that it's never come out.

Also got Vol 1 and 2 of "Classic MCizms", but will need to dig them out of the shed before I can post tracklists. That might take some time. Both dope as fcuk though! Got them off someone on the net, who had done them up themselves, but I can't remember who.

Not got the Spyder D album.

I've got a 12" called "Bring The Noise 2000", but it's literally a blend / mashup between Ray Parker Junior - Ghostbusters and the original Bring The Noise acapella, that's it.

Alright that's some seriously good info SF.

I got the Flavor 12" too, but I have heard rumours of the whole album being bootlegged. But no evidence of it just yet.

Are those mc-izms albums official releases then or just someone put together at home? And are they on cd or vinyl? What's on vol.2?

The Bring the noise 2000 I'm talking about is a whole album, not just a blend. But it probably hasn't made it onto any bootleg records yet.

Thanx for the info and keep it coming...

As far as I know, the MC-izms that I've got (and the first one certainly matches your tracklist) are put together by someone who took a load of these different versions off radio shows and the like. The CDs I've got are burnt, with typed inserts. They're obviously bootlegs in the sense that they're put together by someone to get these versions out. I've not heard of official releases with these tracklists.

When I dig out the second one, I'll post up a tracklist.

Thanx SF, that's pretty much what I thought. Curious as to what's on Vol.2.
