2. = Nytro 'People of the country' 1979 (Return to Nytropolis album)

4. = Sugarhill Gang 'Sugarhill Groove' 1980 (it's on 12 and the album)

Pretty sure I know the first one but can't place it right now.

superbadduke the first time I heard it was on a Fearless Four live tape in Harlem at the J.H.S. 43 outside public pool party in 1982 I believe and D.J. O.C. was playing it. Then I heard it on another one of my tapes later on.

177- Afrika Islam, Jazzy Jay, Red Alert, Cosmic Force, Soul Sonic Force, Kid Vicious. Maybe 79 or 1980. (Note: unbelievable piece of work. The D.j.s are stealing the show with the records they play. There isn’t any routines just them passing the mic around but the d.j.s are playing records like the Telephone jam without the ring. Others I never heard, and then there are records I haven’t heard since 1982 The Kwick beat, which was hot to def for me! A real good listen. They wanted to know if there is anybody in the house with Cheba, to come up front.)
DJ RED ALERT -
Funk Inc -- Kool is Back
Parliament - Tear the Roof
James Brown - Funky President
James Brown - Funky Drummer
Esther Williams - Last Night [45 version]
Mohawks - The Champ
Mike Curb Congregation - Mickey Mouse Theme
Rick James - Fire it Up
Opus Seven - Bussle
Nytro - People Of The Country
Archie Bell & the Drells -
Captain Sky - Super Sporm
JAZZY JAY -
7th Wonder - Daisy Lady
Jackson 5 - It's Great to be Here
Charles Wright - What can you Bring Me
Wilson Pickett - Get me back on time Engine #9
AFRIKA ISLAM - [T-Connection]
Skyy - High
Parliament - The Big Bang Theory
??????????????????????????????
Dennis Coffey - Son Of Scorpio
Blackbyrds - Rock Creek Park
Johnny Taylor - Ever ready
Sugarhill Gang - Sugarhill Theme
Little Royal - Razor Blade
Olympic Runners - Put the music where your Mouth is
Graham Central Station - The Jam
Captain Sky - Dr. Rock
Captain SKy - Super Sporm [again]
Dave Mathews - Star Wars
T Connection - Groove to Get Down
Opus Seven - Bussle
Gaz - Sing Sing
Incredible Bongo Band - Sing Sing Sing
King Errison - Have a Nice Day
Yellow Magic Orchestra - Computer Games
Kano - I'm Ready
Kwick - Can't Help Myself

Thats why I knew about the other cuts you asked about.
I never knew why Can't help myself was never used in a record. Real nice cut.

My question to you superbadduke do you have any tapes to trade because I have over 300 live shows from 1978 to 1980 and on. Peace.
